Kal has always had a love for fashion. It was this love that saw her set up her first business in 1997, her eponymous fashion label Kal Kaur Rai. Worn by celebrities including Victoria Beckham, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Cat Deeley and Lisa Snowdon, it went on to sell in over 140 boutiques worldwide and was regularly featured in key fashion magazines and publications. During this time she picked up the Young Achiever of the Year award at the Asian Business Awards in 2004, Entrepreneur of the Year at the Asia Business Awards in 2008, and was named as one to watch by The Observer Magazine in 2007.

Richard is an accomplished senior corporate finance professional with experience including debt and equity capital raising and a broad range of public and private M&A. Starting as an M&A generalist at Morgan Stanley in 1995, Richard joined FTSE 100 diagnostic pharmaceutical company Amersham in 2003 where he was responsible for corporate acquisitions and divestments. Richard played a pivotal role in building HSBC’s investment banking franchise in the Leisure and Consumer Brands sectors from 2004 and led HSBC's European Consumer & Leisure sector team from 2007.

Tim is a designer, thinker and entrepreneur. After a successful career in management consulting he set up his own internet venture before going on to freelance full time as a web designer. He has a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of technology.
