BuyMyWardrobe
Our first event of 2012 took place on Saturday 4th February 2012 and saw another great turn out as a new line up of sellers opened the doors to their fabulous wardrobes. Shoppers were spoilt for choice with row upon row of designer goodies ranging from vintage Chanel to last seasons Gucci.
Hosted at Adam St Private Members Club, a perfect venue with interlinking rooms and underground arches, two rooms were dedicated to preloved and barely worn designer fashion. A third room featured a pop up vintage photo booth by Vintage Me Photography, free make up sessions with NHJ Style, luxury customisation and bespoke alterations by Goldahlia, a wardrobe care stall by Total Wardrobe Care and Botanical Swiss beauty product demonstrations from Arbonne.

BuyMyWardrobe presents BuyMyHandbag
There is nothing that will get women more excited than a room full of designer handbags, and so we discovered on the eve of our second hugely successful pre-loved designer handbag event. Having painstakingly sourced 250+ handbags we waited with baited breath as the doors opened to women who knew what they wanted before they’d even stepped through the door! It was a civilised stampede as tills started ringing within minutes. One lucky shopper bought not one but two Chanel 2.55 handbags! We saw women snap up everything from Mulberry and Louis Vuitton to Marc Jacobs and Jimmy Cho, at prices they could only have dreamt of.

BuyMyWardrobe presents BuyMyFrock
An off-shoot to our main events, our very first "Frock" event was a rocking success! The event took place on Thursday 27th October in time for the Christmas party season. Dedicated to selling pre-loved, designer party frocks sourced straight off the backs of London's most stylish. The emphasis was on fabulous, show stopping numbers that had been barely worn by their previous owners. We sourced 500 designer dresses as well as 100+ designer shoes, and a great selection of evening bags and statement jewellery. Styling experts and alteration specialists were on hand to offer advice and ensure that shoppers left with nothing less than the perfect look.
September 2011, Adam Street Members Club, London
BuyMyWardrobe
With 10 events under our belt the formula is set. Continuing with it's winning format the September event returned with a new line of ladies throwing open the doors to their wardrobes alongside featured vintage specialists Dandy Dolls and The Gathering Goddess. A pre-loved handbag and shoe area was hosted by Chic & Seek, NHJ Style personal styling sessions were available for as little as £10, and free hair extension consultations were offered by expert Caroline Green of Longer Hair Extensions. Doors opened for a VIP Champagne Preview at 12 noon but many of our regulars were eagerly queuing outside the doors by 10am!
May 2011, supperclub, London

We returned to the glamorous supperclub for our 2011 summer event. After the huge success of BuyMyHandbag, we decided to add a bag and shoe lounge featuring 100+ preloved designer shoes and bags. Also on offer at this sold out event were free make-overs with New CID Cosmetics, hairstyling with HighRoller and our regular styling consultations with NHJ Style.
March 2011, Adam Street Members Club, London
BuyMyWardrobe presents BuyMyHandbag
Due to the continued success of BuyMyWardrobe events and an increasing demand for quality pre-loved fashion items in general, we introduced the first of a number of fun spin off events. For BuyMyHandbag, we sourced 100+ pre-loved designer bags from our contacts in fashion, beauty, media, and the arts. These were sold at up to 70% off the original price at the evening event. Tickets sold out days before the event and queues formed hours before doors opened for what was to be one of our most celebrated events.

BuyMyWardrobe
When the decadent people behind supperclub opened a London venue just off Portobello Rd, we were convinced they had BuyMyWardrobe in mind! A fabulous all white venue with massive beds and a galleried balcony provided the perfect space for a summer edition of BuyMyWardrobe. The additional gallery space allowed us to offer Mary Portas' Living and Giving Shops a free pop up space, Nicky Hambelton Jones Style Academy offered advice for fashionistas looking for a career in personal styling and a pamper zone featured manicure's and pedicures.

The underground arches and interlinking rooms at Adam Street Members proved to be the perfect venue for our events to evolve. A new line up of sellers including Sammi Brown, Great Grand-Daughter to the Marks & Spencer empire emptied their wardrobes. New for this event was a Revamp area for fashion designer-led demos on how to revamp old garments to create next season's hot looks. A pamper lounge featured manicures and threading by Londons' leading mobile beauty company Blossom & Jasmine.

We returned to the same venue in April 2009. A new line up of wardrobe mistresses included the amazing Mimma Viglezio (executive at the Gucci Group) who’s sale proceeds were all donated to her personal charity. We invited cult label Junky Styling to show case their up-cycled designs and Zoe Lem offered cut price personal styling sessions to a lucky few who booked in advance.

BuyMyWardrobe
In Jan 2009 BuyMyWardrobe moved to Adam Street Members Club. The event opened with a VIP preview hour and a style presentation from celebrity stylist Zoe Lem who previously worked on Suzanna and Trinnys' "What Not To Wear". Word had spread and admittedly we weren’t prepared. The queues for entry reached around the corner! Aware that we didn't want to upset people who were unable to gain entry we decided that from now on events would need to be ticketed to limit entry per hour.
May 2008, Maddox, London
BuyMyWardrobe
Our second event took place in May 2008 at London’s exclusive celebrity haunt Maddox. A separate evening event sponsored by Perrier Jouet Champagne featured an exclusive Fashion Show showcasing the best of what would be on offer at the actual event. Models were styled by stylist Jemimah Barnett, hair supremo, Maximilliano Centini and celebrity make-up artist Nadira V Persuad.
